I have 2012 mkz hybrid. It is 211k right now and it is smooth and perfect . I never needed even alignment . I put 75k in 8 months but I didnot need to change brake. It is great great great car. My next car will be 2017 mkz Hybrid or this one. People says American cars are junk but for me lincoln is an exception. If you want a luxurious ride with saving gas this is the best deal

i test drove this car a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the way it drove. i originally test drove the Volvo S60 and was disappointed. i was at the intersection after leaving the Volvo dealership and saw the Lincoln dealership with a pretty tuxedo black MKZ. Sat in it and loved the way the seats felt. i am not to keen on the gear-shift buttons but if i bought it, it would take some time getting used to. i like its styling because its different. i get tired of seeing the same cars on the road all of the time. Some people say that means those are good cars. But that isn't necessarily true, some of those brands are unreliable, they are more for a fashion statement. I think Lincoln is going in the right direction.

We have 2 hybrids including a 2014 Lincoln MKZ with 85K. Excellent car. The high rev 2 liter engine on cruise control was able to climb 10K mountain passes without losing speed.

The push gears on the dash are cool but how much will it cost to repair when it's time to do so?

Ik this is an old comment but I just had to say, you caused me to lose a couple brain cells... it’s a button your literally replace the switch with another one and it don’t cost much

The interior looks pretty good, but what is up with the weird front end on every Lincoln now? Hopefully its a case of form follows function, and makes the car have less drag? Lincoln engineers need to rethink the styling of Lincoln cars.

For owning it for the Long Term? The Eco Boost Scares me.. if only for 2-3 yrs? Probably be Fine..and I assume will have to use Premium 91 octagne Fuel to protect that Turbo system and valves.. Thus Jump up to a $3+ gal Gas Easter.. NOT A WORRY IF YOUR PAYING $45K for a car..But for the rest of us? Its a Problem with all EcoBoost Powered cars..

Selna Goodhead not true. The new ecb used in ford allows for use of 87 with no problems at all.

Although the 2.0 has been proven reliable. I like my 3.7

Steve -- will you test the new crossover MKC? It's the one with ads featuring Matthew McConoaughey. For Lincoln, they think it'll be alright, alright, alright.

So that spoof on SNL...very funny! I actually think those spots are very effective. I've been trying to get an MKC for months but Ford keeps saying they don't have any in the fleet. So I continue to wait.

I too thought that the SNL parody is very good with Jim Carrey. It makes you say that it's, "Alright, alright, alrighty then!"

You're right. I'd take everything you said seriously being you've driven the MKZ thousands of miles. Your personal experience speaks volumes. Thank you for your educated, yet, well informed review on the Lincoln MKZ. Thank you

Just because you don't like the style doesn't mean it's junk
