Another interesting video, im really enjoying your vlogs. Yes, routine maintenence certainly pays dividends. Im intrigued with your balustrade privacy screen. It looks good quality and has useful eyelets. Its something that would be useful for my caravan decking, ive used lors of different solutions but none last very long. Would you be happy to share what make it is and where to aource it from? A tip for winter protection of your external water pipes... fit a heat- trace cable along the pipes, underneath the lagging. It uses a very small amount of electricity to keep your pipes from freezing and could save hundreds£££'s in repair bills. I learned this from experience. Just a thought, and maybe a project for the spring if too late to implement before the winter. Anyway, thanks for the enjoyable update 👍
Hi Kev, liking the vids and the info you provide. we are looking at doing the same as yourself next year (bye bye bricks n morter) how did you find your lodge when looking to purchase? and what sort of research did you do to make sure Bill wasn't a wrong un 😅 keep up with the vids 👍
I knew Bills family from back in the day and some who worked for him. The Lodge was offered as an option and we were happy with the layout and finish / reviews. I will be doing a Part 2 of the QandA post very soon.
