I divided into 4 parts so you can follow and practice more easily.
Some advice for you:
- Warm up your body with some cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees,... before dancing. Cause this dancebreak is fast as hell:))))))
-The bg music will have 1 continuous sound-low, 1 slower sound-high (I guess it's electric close hat, not sure:v). Listen carefully to the ‘electric close hat’ sound, most movements will fall into it.
-This dancebreak mainly uses your legs, so your legs may get tired and sore. Don't force yourself too much.
-Wear shoes, wear shoes, wear shoes‼️👟👟. if you don't want your feet to be swollen.

The part 3 is so hard... I can't even do it in 0.75 😭
Part 3 indeed difficult, do the leg part slowly and then gradually speed it up to get used to it. I believe you can do it💪🙌
