If we want to clean the artifact later with water? --------- better use a good varnish after the color has got dried up, and for cleaning , just do dusting or wipe with wet cloth.....

please search for the outliner in your local shop first..that will be the best option...it will take only 30/- max. in amazon it will take 170/- for 3 in number...one tube is enough for drawing many more pieces...others will dry
