- We are preparing a 2023 Beta XTrainer for the harsh conditions at the Tennessee Knock Out Hard Enduro Event! This bike will be getting a series of upgrades including this Boyesen Rad Valve assembly!

My new 23 xt has a terrible noise on deceleration. It's like a gravel in engine noise.reallt unnerving. I installed the fmf pipe and jetted to a 158 main with a suzuki needle..love to see what jetting you end up at.
Maybe its your exhaust guard rattling
Good Morning, I had a gentleman call and tell me the same thing. He said his pipe o-rings were shot. Maybe try new pipe o-rings. Enjoy The Ride, Jared
mine was doing it but as soon as i would go through a puddle it would stop, could also be over tight chain
Chain slap or exhaust rattle.
Question I have a 2023 beta 250 rr I putting in jd jetting kit an boysen reeds torque one do I need to drop couple jet sizes or keep what jd has ?thanks
Other than the main jet, did you do any additional jetting changes?
Nope not yet! We need more time but we are currently 100% focused on the 24 hour race this upcoming weekend. Once the 24 hr race is over we will get back to the XTrainer build! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
You like the rad valve better than the v force reeds ? What is the difference of the two ?
Good Evening, Mark has really enjoyed the Boyesen Rad Valve so far. The Bike has worked great in the tight and technical riding!
Someone needs to contact BETA and tell them to stop using tamperproof bolts. Why in the world do they do this!?!
Or like not having any info in their manuals. Or the $25 spark plugs.
