This is ridiculous, she is not a doctor. First off why would you put a blood pressure cuff on the affected arm as you don’t know if it’s broken or not. Secondly, the blood pressure cuff was not put on correctly upsides down so it wouldn’t have taken the blood pressure at all. Plus she would have needed an x-ray to tell if the shoulder is dislocated, chip or just bruise.
