The Charlotte Inn is absolutely beautiful, magical and charming!!! I just learned about it today because I just finished watching "A Godwink Christmas" which featured the inn and a dramatization of how Paula and Gery met. I want to definitely check out Mr. Conover's book "Behind the Times on Purpose" because I feel like that all the time with my love for history, antiques and beautifully done architectural renovations.
