I closed my eyes and listened to you intently, and towards the end of the video, with my eyes still closed, I saw a big swirling, bright red heart shaped image, and felt an overwhelming sense of joy, happiness, and calm. Thank you, Althea for that, and everything else that you do to bring a bit of serenity & clarity to our daily existences. Today is my younger sister's 66th birthday, and I woke up this morning around 8:00 am feeling anxious, stressed, and worried that I had not done enough to help her celebrate her birthday properly. So I got dressed, and took the bus down to the grocery store and bought her a cake and had the bakery person put "Happy 66th birthday, Jenn" on it. Shortly before that I had found just the right pair of birthday cards, and a pair of sixes candles for the cake, a nice gift bag and wrapping tissue for the pair of shirts that I had found for here at the mall last night. While I was waiting for the bus to return home today, a thought came to me...
