Benefit of Using Rhassoul Clay in Your Hair

  • 👩🏻‍🦱 How did rhassoul clay hair washing help grow my hair? Rhassoul clay, unlike conventional shampoos, cleans the hair while nourishing and strengthening it. Not only does it not contain the harsh chemicals that most shampoos do, it also makes breakage less likely to happen. I love it because it can naturally define whatever curl or wave pattern you have. It can be used as a hair wash like I use it, or used alongside a mild, natural shampoo if you need more cleaning "oomph".

Rhassoul clay is not a joke. I used it for the first time last week and couldn’t believe the results. My curls which I haven’t seen for years magically came back without me doing a thing other than combing out my hair after washing it with the clay. My curls look better now than back in the day when I had curls. Incredible stuff! I’ve already gotten compliments on my hair from complete strangers, something I haven’t heard for many years now.

I was so skeptical about the clay but I tried it this week and my curls look insane. I had 3 years of chemo as a teen and my curls grew back looser and less regular.
Literally one wash with rhassoul following your method, and, get this, NO PRODUCT OR BRUSHING, just finger detangling and my curls are back to pre chemo.
The first time in my life I've used no leave in conditioner in my hair. Expected a frizzy, crispy, undefined mess and instead ive got the best curls I've had in 6 years.

I don't know why it never grew, but I went to classic length with just my regular routine (sulfate shampoo). I just have to point out, I can't use anything else, and yes I have tried it all, natural and... not so natural. I have seborrheic dermatitis and it keeps me from having to use my expensive Nizoral 2%. Whatever works, right? I have tried rhassoul/ghassoul and same thing for me as baking soda, a terrible sticky, velcro-like matt. I can't do it, but to each their own.

I use a Mexican soap called Zote which has lye from wood ashes animal fat water and a one ingredient fragrance citronella and it works wonderfully for me and there are three other soaps in the world similar one called fan from China and then dr. Brenner's and Sasquatch. fan is only $1 a bar and not even milled so it looks like yellow Amber. have you tried them? What stopped me using sulfates is I read about them and all the sterility and cancer around the world that may be connected. I'm like what does it matter how it makes my hair turn out with those other products, I just couldn't use them because of how bad they are. I start with what's really healthy and try to use it and just deal with the results haha. just thought I'd share. I don't comb my hair very often either though I just flip it around and put it up

Your clay mix em was too thick, it should never be thick or sticky, it should be like single cream or double cream - this way it rinses out easily. You don’t make it thick like a clay mask for the face, it’s very liquid.
