I finally tried my Rhassoul clay last night with the aloe Vera gel and the peppermint oil and the rosemary oil, the combination you use as a watch... When I say my hair was so soft and easy to manage after, it was the bomb. I probably won’t ever use regular shampoo!!! Thank you so much ❤️
I never thought about putting essentials in my clay mask, and those are both excellent oils. That's a great idea!
I have been doing this for years it's amazing . Try adding a acv rinse after the clay or Terressntials(lemon) if you prefer not to make Clay's . Curls poppingtOn

I actually mix Bentonite, Kaolin, and Rhassoul clays for my wash days along with Apple Cider Vinegar and essential oils. This combo absorbs into your hair, deep cleans, moisturizes, and removes toxins. Your hair looks awesome!

I wash my hair biweekly with Rhassoul clay. It makes my curls and waves pop pop pop!
I did a bentonite clay wash and mixed in a tbsp of rhassoul clay. My hair was super soft and defined!

Hi, I appreciate the information you post. I've done the mix of both clays. I love my curl pattern after I rinse out my hair. I also love that it's a one action process, i.e. cleansing and conditioning all at once. I also put some on my face. Pores reduced and clean healthy hair. Win and win! Thanks for being thorough and concise.

FYI: be very careful bcus bentonite clay should not be used weekly, it can change the structure of your hair and make it high porosity permanently.
Cazza, they all are safe in moderation. However, to much of anytg is never a good thing. Bentonite clay is very powerful.
If you knew how hard low porosity is you might know how i might consider this
Interesting 🤔. I've been using for almost a year every week to every other and don't see a change in my hair texture or porosity I'll look out.

I used RHassoul today first time. My old ,man going white semi longish protein sensitive, dry, porous hair fell in love. It is incredible. I’ll never use regular again, I had been using morocco method from California for years. Made of plants and clay etc, but this on its own with purified water was incredible!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for this comparison video! I’ve been using bentonite clay since I started clay washes. It’s definitely clarifying l, which is what I look for, and clumps my curls so well. The curls are popping after 😜 Nice shine and feels super clean. I would like to try rhassoul clay one day too!

Rhassoul all the way!!. My hair is softand fluffy after the wash. Plus my curls are so defined. I can cosign on the detangling properties. I haven't done a clay mask yet. I tried to wash with bentonite clay but it strips my hair so much and leaves my hair a little hard. I needed a serious deep condition after I used it. I can say that it pulls EVERYTHING out of the hair
Do a honey rinse after. Melt 1/4 C raw honey in a gallon of warm not hot water and rinse your hair with it. No need to rinse with water after. No sticky residue, no build up. Just shine shine shine and smells devine.

I've tried Rhassoul on my channel and I'm going to try Bentonite soon. I love Rhassoul though it makes my hair soft.
I use the bentonite clay wash once a week or two weeks. Because Leila made me do it! U put me on and it has changed the way I deal with and feel about my hair! I've never tried the rhassoul but now I wanna do an experiment. Thanks for the video.
I use bentonite clay w/ Shikaki powder. It Cleanse my hair while making it soft & define. I wanted to try Rhassoul but it's not cheap where I'm @.

chamazful hey I don't measure I just eyeball whatever will cover my head. But maybe like a 60/40 B-clay:Shikaki ratio. And yes mix with acv.

Yes! Please let us know when u have the mixed clays. I take silica internally, and noticed a huge difference in strength and thickness in my hair.

Tried bentonite a few years ago and it was drying. May try rhassoul in the summer.
I've never used rhassoul but bentonite's been holding me down well enough since 2015 but i will try rhassoul when i can get my hands on it

I haven't try Rhassoul Clay yet. So I can't say which one I like the most. Anytime I do clay wash is just because it gives me great definition for my wash n go

Have you tried mixing your clays (particularly bentonite) with hibiscus powder, as it also has cleansing abilities and can lessen the ph of the bentonite mixture.

Your curls were popping with the Bentonite.Rhassoul side looked stringy and frizzy.

If your hair is quite thick the bentonite will make it manageable with less volume. If hair is thinning, hair has a thicker texture instantly using Rhassoul as you can see. The frizzing is more to do with her hair type & not the clay as results will differ.
I'm menopausal so thickening & strengthen my hair is key for length retention & have created a hairgrowth mask which stimulates growth at scalp level with other natural ingredients which deeply moisturises my hormone starved hair.
I've used Rhassoul for some time now & being middle aged has meant my hair is longer & stronger without the thinning & breaking normally experienced by women who are in their mid 50's.

Curl definition is not necessary for type 4 hair. The rhaoussel side looks healthier.
It all really depends on the needs of your own hair. Finding the right clay/oils/routine takes time, and trial and error. I like a mostly Rhassoul, bit of Benzonite mix.

I use the same Moroccan clay for hair masks, and recently did my first clay wash with it. I have also used French Pink lay too, which is just as great.

In order to get a true comparison you should also do the same thing, but switch sides as your hair textures are different depending on side, front, back and middle.

The rhassoul side it seems your hair has more thickness,soft look
Bentonite side a little more defined but not as full,thick appearence as rhassoul.
For me I like full,big hair so I like rhassoul a bit better.
