Joey O’Brien is from Lansdale PA , which is about 30 miles northwest of Philly. He grew up skating Philly throughout his youth and still till this day. Philly claims him as their own however.
you know what. my friend joey whom passed away in 2019 used to build semi trucks. i recently bought a pair of this guy's thunders(he has the same name) from skate warehouse but the baseplate cracked on the pivot cup a few weeks into skating them..

i filmed a tre flip in the lightning at a church.. and joey had a funeral at the same building.
"Muni" is what that place is called by the skaters..its our municipal building..
