Since I am the sooth-sayer type myself, you have now peaked my interest. First of all, I really love your channel because you offer more than just the current trend and I like many of your recommendations. I tend to gravitate to oriental, vanilla-incense and woods types of perfumes like Must de Carier, I have the original 18k gold plated bottle from the 80's. Also Obelisk by MCM from Germany and Labdanum de Seville by L'Occitane -now disconntinued. I'm very fond of Dior and love Baiser du Dragon, also discontinued and Addict. I like unusual Chipres like Diorella, another disconntinued fragrance. I like sweet vibes in the Miss Dior line and even Aquolina which I layer with darker more unisex or masculine scents. Pink sugar with Labdanum gave me countless compliments. I adore a combination of lotus flowers, especially blue lotus, with myrrh and of course the combination of frankincense and myrrh. Also narcotic flowers like narcissus, ylang and tuberose. I create my own natural perfumery that uses resins, absolutes, flowers and other hard to find ingredients for full witchy effect. There is not enough room here to list all the designer and niche perfumes I own. Perfume is my passion so the list goes on and I will be trying some of your recommendations.

@@styledigest9819 You're welcome. Authentic frangipani or plumeria is hard to get, not the actual oil but in a good perfume. Malone's dupe oil of Frangipani smells good but is not like the actual plumeria flower. I create my own for that reason. But like you, I'm always looking around for a something worthy as well and if I find it, I will let you know.
You may have likely smelt this already but I grew up in tropical south east Asia surrounded by fragipanis … the closest scent that reminds me of the true scent of fragipanis on a humid overcast day is Kai by Kai 🤍🤍

I've heard that Halston was also in this vibe. Talking about witchy fragrances, I would add a very different one, not a dark one. I know it may sound strange but eau de Rochas gives me exactly the same immersive feeling, some very unique strength. This one is probably more for baby witches 🧙😊

I agree with you anout Amouage Memoir. It's a beautiful balsamic, aromatic woody miracle. Not for everyone, this scent needs a melancolic, dark victorian mood. I'm in love with it.
I've really enjoyed the Woods Collection. I have four bottles form the Collection. Twilight is my favorite and I'm normally not into spring florals. Sad to say Dancing Leaves is not my favorite but I can say it is a quality fragrance.
Such an interesting format! May I suggest leather fragrances that can be worn by any gender. Leather is so uplifting to me. A witchy fragrance is perhaps something you would smell in a forest: something with aoud, something which makes you wonder who would emanate such parfum.
Chypre is my favourite perfume genre and I agree with (and own) so many suggestions in the video and comments but I think a witch would wear Bandit by Piguet.

I think Tom Ford Noir de Noir is very witchy, a very gothic deep crimson rose. I personally can’t afford a bottle, but I have Armaf club de nuit intense which is a great dupe. On the other end of the spectrum, another ghostly witchy fragrance is AllSaints Flora Mortis, smells like soft dried flowers and stone cold stone.

Personal taste isn't it, for me it is fantastic to have someone on the same wavelength for a change! I only really wear dark, mysterious, seductive perfume, and don't get much better than Memoir Woman! Givenchy L'Ange Noir also stunning, and the other Givenchy one! Also love Opium, and Spellbound and original poison, and John Guilliano to mention a few! Not all of us want to smell like a bloody cupcake or cup of coffee, or a croissant or chocolate cake, caramel whatever! Sickly sweet sugary crap, each to their own though!!

If you like patchouli try Patchouli Intense by Patricia de Nicolai. This is the first fragrance that came to my mind when you described yourself 😊
