I would like to register my concern over the element of risk in performing this dance at Social level. It would not surprise me if falls occured, which can be dangerous especially among the Senior age group. It is a lovely Competition Dance, but demanding at Social level.

If properly executed & with much practice, no falls should occur, otherwise give up ALL dances considered 'risky' - even walking is risky.

My neighbour fell and broke her ankle crossing the road to my house. Do you think she should not ever cross a road ?

Sorry guys but tooo American and needs a good standard to perform which isn't really what sequence dance is about, not saying sequence is only for the lesser dancer as it certainly does not need to be, but afraid too much content and not enough flow around the floor when it's a little crowded.

Challenge yourself and take care while doing so.
