😂 it is a protective piece simply to keep discs separated or from being scratched. Used to get them quite often in sets or in the stacks of DVD R we used to buy to burn movies. Or CDs for burning. I probably have 30 or more. I think they're were more of them before say 2012.
Try to purchase some sort of sticker that they put on other discs with the reflective thing and then try to read it im super curious. If I were to guess its prolly a copy of one of the other discs they mixed up with a protector as they likely came from the same factory
Do all the discs work? With how thin and flexible it looks (at least from the video) it's possibly a disc layer that seperated from the rest of another disc.
