Can I Catch A Bass The Day The Ice Is Out? (Crystal Clear Water)

Winter keeps clinging on but I was determined to get out and fish. Today I venture into Wisconsin to chase Bass on a lake where the ice had just come off. The day turns out to be quite fun and entertaining as I run into a few other kinds of fish as well!
