First time seeing this 😭😭 I had no idea had that much time being a trainee, this moved me so much, definitely one of my favorite rookies of 2019 fighting
A big reason their trainee period was so long was that their debut was delayed for almost two years when their company MNH decided to debut Chung Ha as a solo artist rather than as a member of the group that became BVNDIT. It was, of course, the right decision, as Chung Ha was BORN to be a soloist, but it meant that MNH couldn't debut both concurrently - BVNDIT would have to wait. Yiyeon was a superb leader, holding the group together and keeping them focused and continuing to improve towards their debut. In the end, Chung Ha had an incredible year in 2019, and as recompense for the delays to BVNDIT's debut, MNH cancelled the members' trainee debt. Chung Ha brought in so much money to the company this year that it was possible to give the BVNDIT girls their financial freedom, and I know they all appreciate it SO much.

Not at Lee Jooseob for letting us support & love a group in PD101 style 😭 The hardships... the friendships... the trainee days... Somehow MNH really is ‘Music N Humanity’, supporting a group/solo because of who they are is better than supporting a group/solo because they are pretty & popular. It makes you trust them, whatever music they release, you support them all the way. It doesn’t matter if they will be labeled as ‘underrated’ or ‘nugu groups’, it’s a peaceful feeling to support artists that trust their company like how the company trusted them.
I'm here almost 3 years later and I'm so sad about bvndit's career. They haven't released anything since may 2020. They have so much potential but now it seems as if their disbandment is just around the corner. They have the skills, but not the opportunity to show it sadly

I hope the best for the girls... Songhee has potential to be a PAK soloist, with her gorgeous visuals and charismatic personality along with her unique powerful voice with a fluid and large range. Jungwoo is joining musical theatre, where she can become a successful actress with her main vocal abilities and stage presence. Simyeong is also acting but her vocals on "Venom", "Don't mess with me" and "Time spent walking through memories" cover proves that she can also be a fantastic singer anytime she wishes to - her dancing skills were already fantastic here by the debut time and, she during her Bvndit era she have shown that she could easily improvise to make the minor mistakes made by the girls looking perfectly connected to the main choreo... - actually I think that she could go really far as a singer but, I'll be rooting for her acting career. Seungeun (along with Simyeong) made a cool choreography for "Children", and she could really go for that area if she doesn't redebut as an idol. Yiyeon have already charted first tier as a composer/lyricist and she can easily become recognized in this area but, her voice is so good - she has such an great range (as seen in "Time spent walking through memories" cover) that it will be a huge loss if she doesn't find a way back to singing on stage.
BVNDIT was the most promising girl group I've heard since 2nd generation of female idols and, we could't do enough to support them. Our loss... we didn't deserved them.

I heard that bvndit would debut in 2017, but there were many delays even after debut, they had a long hiatus, it's sad how MNH handled BVNDIT when they could have given them more freedom to create more content in their hiatus period

"living of popularity " that phrase says everything about how groups with good songs dont get noticed , not to say winning an award , as a multistan is hard to see the groups i like just passing by not matter how hard we as fans try to promote them , not blaming popular groups they hare popular because they are good (well nearly all of them) and not to mention the talent, all groups are talented ,
but from what i seen its all about "blind hardcore fans " that seems to think this groups are a menace , a treath to their groups , thats just stupid because big groups popularity .
Anyway hope they get more comebacks and promotion , and a reality show with , at least , eng subs thats how you make a group popular these days.
