I lived on a 44 for a year, it was amazing. Refinishing that teak deck, though... not so amazing.

This one had her decks pulled up and replaced in Guatemala in about 2005 or so. The new decks were glued instead of screwed and were pretty much maintenance-free during the time that I owned the boat.
