honestly, not the best technique. First and foremost, flying stuff is so easy to injure yourself and the other person. Second off, he grabs his ankle to get a tighter synch on the triangle. It's just well known you grab your shin and not your ankle unless you wanna ankle lock yourself when someone postures up fast. A blue belt does stuff like this - if you're a black belt there's no way you should be making mistakes like this.
He beat a man who has been told to retire since he lost to Chandler and some after Justin and Charles. An 8 fight losing streak. Nothing to brag about. Dober, McKinney ,Frevola, etc will all beat Paddy. I don't see him being ranked at 155. He will have better luck at 45 honestly. But we know that's not happening
