It's going to hurt every time you get them tightened because of the pressure to close the gaps. I only had my braces for 2 years

I got mine tightened but it didn’t really hurt it hurted a lot when I first got them

I have bottom braces only and been having them for a year..an I get mines off in January! Heads up is to eat soft food for a couples of weeks an then you will get more comfortable to eat w.e you want. 🤗

aww this video made me miss my braces :( i got them off last summer, but i feel like your process wouldn't be as long because you don't have bad teeth. i do recommend a water flosser which is quick and easy for flossing.

Congrats ❤ I had braces. For flossing, use Plackers Orthopick Dental Floss Picks. They fit behind your brackets so you can floss with like normal, as u would with regular floss picks. And use a waterpik water flosser. Both of these items are sold at walmart. I use to keep a travel toothbrush and toothpaste with me, in case I need to brush on the go after eating. Really you can brush in your car if you have a water bottle with you. Good luck, time will fly 💕

Other people might think you sound different because of the braces that’s normal too , don’t eat any really soft candies like caramel it use gets stuck. In the end you will love the results I had them for 3 years.
Ari if u go to oral-b.com gives a complete run down u need as for as what electric toothbrush u need,etc. And there’s a clear bracket cover each individual one so have consistently put brace wax so don’t cut ur lip in process sleep or whatever. U can get covers a shop.orvance.com the covers are called ortho dot-clear Hope this helps u

I really don’t have a tip for dark spots but if you use amazon you can buy aloe vera plants and you can cut them up and put them in a blender as a substance and you can put it on your face and it actually works.
That first day getting them tightened hit different but it’ll get better trust
