I agree with you sir...i was working with Lenskart till 2022...would like to tell Employee Attrition Rate is very hight atleast at the store level..for example if 25 staff join the company in a month then around 50 people resign/abscond..this is because the staff members are asked to work for more than 11 hours and also they have to face unnecessary deductions for which staff followup for getting back the unnecessary deducted amount..also if u visit any Lenskart store u will always find less staff and too many customers and then when same customers complain thru mail/tweet/post then company take actions against the staff for not attending the customers..and the most funny part they do not share store target with the store in the first week of month , they share the same after 15th of the same month after analyzing the sale for half month and if they found that major number of store can achieve the target then in the last 10 days of the month they change incentive plan...& COO of the company is resident of UK , he treats the staff in the way Britishers use to treat and Humiliate INDIANS before INDEPENDENCE .. This is something which me and my team members faced while working there !!

I think, the trend is to oust competition from market and keep incurring losses to gain monopoly. That's why Lenskart etc are in losses. They definitely give quality products and services worthy enough to win customer base.

Thats is why my favourite shark is zomato founder deepndra goyal, in cinneman bakery pitch, the pitcher was a women who knew nothing about equity she started a business with 50k and made 5 cr life time sales, aman gupta was taking 10% euity for 1 cr, but deepndra told the lady to ask 5% 1cr, and the deal closed the lady was so impressed that she took deependra number for mentorship
