He is running a good business but without discipline, which vineeta will teach or get in his business, for which he will pay 1cr + 1% upto 15% of his company equity with time.
Coz he learnt doing business only with experience, but qualification is important for calculations and discipline.
He is sharp. He took the deal only for that in what he lacks.
If I was in his place, I would have not taken it because his target sale planning is 60 to 80 cr in 2024.
