If narcissism was a person. Kudos to everyone who watched the whole interview. Java is obnoxious and Denny is a legend for tolerating this dude and keeping his cool. I lasted about 10 minutes.

500k is for TEA under EB-5, otherwise it is normally $1M. And it gives you a right to apply for a green card. It is not automatic and does not guarantee you any citizenship. But yeah, I agree with both of you, EB-5 is a viable path.
