    I have not eaten out for almost 5 years, then few days ago, I ordered a small pizza 🍕and it cost me $8, and here I was thinking for that much money I could get almost 1 kg of good quality oats, 5 kg rice,5 kg brown rice flakes, 800 gms of almond,4 kgs of legumes , 3 kg of millets. Eating out has become far too expensive, I carry my food and water everywhere ,just like I used to do in my school and college days,I have this tiffin box and warm water in my flask at my disposal,anytime food and water. 😊

      Nope, need to work to keep fit , eat healthy stuffs and inculcate as many good habits to your kid,teach them the value of money,to stay fit,to eat healthy and to work hard…..these things came naturally to me as I grew up without the presence of social media and too much television.Kids should stay away from the social media and concentrate on their student activities and parents should stop talking about others and infuse energy in bringing up their kids properly.

    I do want to say this about mortgages;
    first and foremost it is a LOAN.
    Before you commit to one, make sure you've written a 5 year plan.
    The advisor will appreciate those who show responsibility for their money.
    Second, try to manage your credit and billings competently, direct debits are simple to set up though easily forgotten.
    Keep a log for the big ones, and thirdly, check the prices each month. Things are going up fast and you need to plan for pounds, not pennies.
    Good luck with your finances.

    I am writing with respect to the need for ideas for political change in the UK.
    Without prejudice, one option that I feel would help the system here in the UK (and geopolitics worldwide).
    The historical and recent UK political disasters coupled with the world events fuelled by geopolitics and their systems, like you, have failed me. I grew up in a military existence globally as a "brat" and have many issues to this day regarding the rhetoric it represents now for the advantages gained by the "super to be's" today.
    My idea is this; (UK restructure of political democracy)
    A venture for true democracy is by integrating ALL parties, (Labour, Cons, Libs, Green, Left, Right, Nationalists, Foreign integration etc), into a manifesto that is built around our own constitution. This, could look something like this;
    One constitutional manifesto that is initially set and agreed by the parties and the people of Britain, that will outline the topics that support a healthy nation like, infrastructure, motivation, needs and world influence, for example without prejudice; Our electoral roll system could look like this;
    All issues are laid out in one vote. Things like, health, education, environmental, homes, foreign policy, finance, prosperity ect,, should be tendered for by all parties when conducting their campaigns. They campaign their best attributes for our society that falls in line with our constitution. This would enable the most proficient and efficient parties to conduct what they are best at doing. We the people would have one manifesto to vote on where each party has expressed their ability to deliver the need.
    We would then be able to vote for each party to deliver each quality of the manifesto and the constitution at large. Not one party can fix all systems.
    For example; Labour for the working class and jobs, Green for the environment, Libs for social movement rights, conservative for you know what etc! This would mean all aspects of our lives are in the best interest. One neutrally elected chair would oversee the process that has the power to dissolve failing parts of the bill.
    What do you think?

    _The Angel Gabriel was sent to Mary in the form of a man, with glad tidings of a child who was to be born miraculously without a father.
    “Then We sent to her Our spirit (angel Gabriel), and he appeared before her in the form of a man in all respects. She said: ‘Surely I seek refuge from you with the Most Beneficent (God) if you do fear God.’ He said: ‘I am only a messenger of your Lord: to announce to you the gift of a righteous son.’ She said: ‘How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?’ He said, ‘Thus [it will be]’. Your Lord says, ‘It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.’” Qur’an 19:17-21
    Some claim that his miraculous birth is evidence of Jesus’ divinity. However, Jesus was not the first to come into existence without a father, as Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) before him had neither a father nor mother. _God says:
    “The likeness of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, _then said to him: ‘Be’, and he was. This is the truth from your Lord, so be not of the disputes._” Qur’an __3:59__-60_

    It amazes me How much politicians care more about other than own country's problems.
    12-10-2022 ‘It’s humiliating’: US voters struggle with hunger ahead of midterms
    Economy in focus: Despite rising inflation and soaring grocery prices, food insecurity is a topic few politicians are addressing
    The cars started lining up at least an hour before the late shift at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, a converted mattress factory just south of Columbus. Drivers pulled into a white tent where volunteers rolled grocery carts full of produce, meat, cake, detergent and other items toward each vehicle, efficiently loading trunks.
    One volunteer, 31-year-old Danyel Barwick, directed traffic with a big orange flag. It wasn’t long ago that Barwick, a Columbus mother of four, was on the other side of the food bank equation.
    “It was humiliating,” said Barwick, who lost her job during the pandemic in 2020 and, realizing she had no protein in the house and had used all her fast-food coupons, decided to visit a food pantry at a local church. “I was embarrassed and sad.”
    As US voters prepare to decide control of both houses of Congress in November, millions will head to the polls while struggling to feed themselves and their families. In 2021, according to the US Department of Agriculture, more than 13m households had trouble affording enough food. And there are signs, from census data, that food hardship could be getting worse this year.
