Awesome. Great q and a too. Jenna your glitter accents are wonderful. Hope you all are having a fantastic week. Hugs, Susan. Ps best of luck on your delivery Jenna can't wait to hear about the new addition.
Boy, this is a tough call. I'm going to go with a boy! Jenna, you look like you are glowing with this little one. I'm going to go one step further and guess the weight of the baby will be 7 lbs. What do I know! I'm just guessing here. I pray to the good Lord that the baby will be healthy and happy. I can't wait to see pictures!! Another sweetheart to the Torres dynasty!
How the heck do you get an offset and the color copy to match in sizes?! I feel stupid asking but I can't figure it out!!!!!!! One is done on the sillouette and one is done on your printer.
thank you so much for showing how you make the characters.... very awesome :) also i'm a new subbie and still i can't wait to see the new baby! good luck mommy!
Hey Jill, I'm back!!! lol I went to check out the videos I found for you and for some reason they come up "Page Not Found". Not sure why so I went back to get their titles so that those who want to watch them would have some way of finding them. 1. Re: putting together the larger offsets ~ "Jumbo Tinkerbell using Digital Glitter Paper" click the load more button 6x and should be to the right of the page ( if on large screen). You'll see the large cut outs/offsets in white, on craft table. 2. Re: Talking about the "gap" and using your knife in the software ~ "Step by Step on making a 2ft centerpiece using your Silhouett" Click the load more button 7x, on the right side of page you'll see a screen shot of Jill's software with a pic of Elsa/Frozen. Sorry the video's aren't showing up but I hope this helps !!
To change the width you deselect auto apply under the knife settings, then you can go to the line style and change it to .1. Then you go back to the knife tool, select the line and then apply selected knife
thank you very much for taking your time to make these videos. I just purchased a Silhouette ad will be going through your videos to find one thats for a beginner.
+Marcia Brown You are going to love having a Silhouette, it is the best machine out there. I have a ton of beginner videos so try and go back to May'ish of 2013
Hi Jill I know you mentioned where you purchase your ink for your printer, but I just can't locate the video, can you tell me where you buy your ink for the Epson printer. I LOVE the idea you share your work.
Hi I love watching your videos!! If I'm interested in ordering how do I go about that. I'm having my baby's 1st bday in July and the theme is Mickey baseball.
Love the minnie, jenna did a awesome job with the glitter accent.... Jill where did you find the image with such high resolution? was this a google seach or an etsy clipart?
Hi, first and foremost you need to have a large bed printer, I have the epson et16500 eco tank 12 wide printer.. secondly you have to have the Cameo Silhouette that will cut the 12 inch piece, the Cricut Explore will not cut over 8 inches and then you need to know how to cut the image in pieces if it doesn't fit on the 12x24 inch mat. I have videos showing how to do this but first you need to have the equipment to print/cut
I have the Cricut Explore n I love it . You can cut 12x12. You can download images n it will cut them , it does print n cut. I checked out the Cameo n watched you tubes on both n decided on Explore. Because the Cameo did more them I needed n seemed complicated.
+Eleanor Scoville I am glad it does an cut of 12x12, i have always been told that it only cut up to 8.5 x 11 on a print and cut, that would not work for me. I need it to do more so I guess it all depends on what the machine is being used for that an individual would make their decision. I use to solely use the Cricut machines but frustrated every time they had an update you had to get a new program. I use to own 11 machines and sold them all, I find the Cameo so much easier to use once you learn it along with having so much more to offer. Can you print and cut 12x24?
+cricflix The Explore doesn't even cut 8.5 x 11 and it depends what browser you are using as to what size the print and cut will cut. Not very impressed with that and the software is horrible!
cricflix I’m a newbie and just bought cricut maker..I wish I had seen your videos before I decided to buy cricut..😢..I absolutely love love your videos and your updates on your family.congratulation!!! I’m learning so much from you.
I have made a 3ft daisy duck by slicing it on the program. I love my cricut but i am interested in getting a cameo. I hear lots of good things about it
+bcrwc I use the print and cut feature all the time, there is no way I could use the Cricut and honestly, Provo craft may have something coming down the road to allow the print and cut for larger projects but by the time they upgrade Silhouette has added on even more options. With the business Edition of the Cameo Silhouette Software I can run numerous machines at the same time using just one computer, it is AWESOME. I have run three all at the same time on different projects and Provo-craft will never catch up to that technology.
Hello Jill & Jenna! I, guessing its a Girl! Blessings to You and your family! Also wanted to ask, " what size of Boxes do you use to ship out those big centerpieces? just wondering. Also may be you can make a video of your husband doing the packaging since he is part of it.. lol. Thanks Jill Love all your work!
+Melissa Garcia Hi Melissa...The boxes he uses vary in size, we stock all sizes that we order from Uline and the size totally depends on how many are shipping, how large they are including the width, if there are accessories going as well such as a snack boxes....the size is always different. He uses bubble wrap when packing too so that adds to how large the box needs to be.
+Odalis Perez I am on my way to the hospital right now but yes, you are more than welcome to call me. Can you email me at cricflix@gmail.com and I will send you my phone number

the explore cuts cardstock, vinyl and other materials up to 12×24. But the print and cut is very limited, the largest is 6×8.5.
I have made a 3ft daisy duck by slicing it on the program. I love my cricut but i am interested in getting a cameo. I hear lots of good things about it
