One thing Ian Sandusky from Lakewood Machine & Tool is trying to get better at is long, unattended machine cycles and running lights-out overnight - so they can free up their team to do better, smarter work rather than reloading a machine every five minutes.
They have an upcoming job where they’re going to build a fixture plate, and these ‪@CarrLaneMfg‬ Tiny Vise double edge clamps are gonna make it happen. They’re going to run these right down the centre of a rail with pockets to hard stop the material on the outside - so they can clamp two parts with one twist of the Allen key!
