I love watching these two dance, so in tune with one another. They are magical together. I watch them dance with other partners but the chemistry is not there like here.

I come back to this, every few weeks, to watch them again. Benji, yes yes but Torri- OMG!!! She sees him, in all his glory, in his need to prove himself a champion, again, with her. She sees him, in his beauty and his hubris, in his strength and his weakness, in his daring and his fears. It is all that we are when we move- all right, all wrong, in our fragile, sometimes clear, often mystifying and beautiful humanity. She knows her heart, steady as a north star, and through time, then and now, she sees him… and in her eyes, he hopes to see himself.

Arf... Torri is amazing but Benji is violent. He doesn't respect her will and her limits, even when she "tells" him. What I see is that this guy want to control everything, especially her, to make his show.

@@BenjiSchwimmerDance hello, Benji 🙂 I'm sure you're sincere. But perhaps you didn't see (and not even now) your level of energie ? Because the show, because the excitation of a dance with Torri... I don't know... But did you see again this video ? Did you look at the body langage of your Partnair ? The expressions on her face ?
Sorry but It's pretty obvious for me (and i'm not a mentalist, just a girl) 😉
You didn't adapt to her. She had to adapt to you. So it's like You "forced" her to come at your level of "fun" or speed, without her consent ! When someone force somebody, there is a disrespect, a " violence ". It can happend when for example the dancer is so excited by a performance than he forgot the presence or the preferences or the will of the partner, or even the dialogue between the two. And then happened a moment of " domination ".
There is another reason for me than the "fun of the moment ". It is a way of being everyday, a way of take what we want from everybody, in a way of a " predator " (or just dominant way the society learn to the men... who finally don't see that very much, it's pretty insivible and comfortable for them !)
but with humour with fun, with a smile. And without empathy, if the person doesn't care about the feeling of the other (not even in a.dance but during all days) so rhis person has an indicator of sociopathy. And as long as this person doesn't suffer about, she/he will never go to see someone to heal...
That's my opinion 😇

PS2 I was at the Budafest in january 2020. I think remember it was you who wanna dance with the first place follower of beginner. She was young, naive and with very sensual forms wich seems at your taste... and a lot of your reactions was, for me, disrespectfull in public, under cover of humour. I'm enough old to see that kind of behaviour, in life or on a dancefloor. Sorry, It's the opportunity to say to you what (apparently) a lots of people think at low, in the secret of their mind without say directly to you
