Really enjoyed the video. Didn't know you could take the pin bones out that easy. I'll give it a try this coming season. Great fish fry information 👌
    Thanks

Me and my wife been together since I was 19 I'm 60. We don't have to ask how to cook anything because we grew up in the country. We live a good life and money is nice but knowledge is worth more than paper.

Hi Daryl - great videos - love the channel! Question - what type of pan are you using and where did you acquire it? I like the size of that pan and the handle length. That pan would be perfect for family fish dinners at camp. Thanks for your help Daryl!

So why do you fillet walleye different then trout ? Does it have to do with the anatomy or is it just preference?

Body shape of the lake trout , they are thicker and more deep than a walleye

Great vid. Really tasty looking. But guides should realy try to avoid cooking in the cans the food comes in. Cans a loaded with BPA coating that leaches into your food as you heat it up.

@darylgilbertoutdoors lol I get that. But why intake something toxic when it's easy to avoid it? I'm not talking about using aluminum or any wise tails like that.
