I made a 3vs3 skirmish map and I can set the teams and place them but when I start all the AI don't do anything. I don't know why but here is what I did. I dit all the things from the fist vid but I made the ground for the AI smaller and the attack lines are from the CombatZone to the AI fields. the AI fields are also in wierd shapes with the Combat zone around it but not filling it.
+tristanovic2 - the inner and outer perimeters have to have enough room for them to build structures, they cant be too small. sometimes the ai's dont work, just delete the waypoints, save, close the program, re-open, try again

Im pretty sure you have to set the ownership to player, it a script. Its not as simple as changing from civilian to USA. Look around through the scripts you should see something along the lines of "set building (select) to ownership of (player)." dont quote me on that, I dont remember it word for word but it does exist.
+FrugalGamers I couldn't find any script that places a specific buildings ownership to player, team or faction. In the owners Manuel all it says to do is just select the faction when you place it on the map but that don't work.
I do remember the AI system being a little weird. Sometimes they would work and other times they wouldn't. Usually I would just re-do the team assigning and placement of way-points and that would fix the issue.
In my world, only 2 out of the 6 AI teams function properly; the other 4 just remain idle, even though their InnerPerimeters are bigger than those of the AI's that work. I'm not sure what could be the problem... :P
Mostafa zayat You can try going to scripts add make it unmanned to see if you can claim it when u walk into a specific area, or you can just set one team to own it by default. ill try to post a video sometime about unmanned vehicles.
Mostafa zayat if you want only one person to control it you would have to set tht player to control the units. say it was you and 3 AI's, if you wanted only the local player to own them you would set the ownership to "localplayer"

are you sure you set spawn points, and are they within the orange border?

I just download C&C from the Origin store and world builder works for me. Make sure you run the game in comparability mode. Its very old.
