- Our Team formed a Tiger tank column in an Offensive Attack game. Four Tiger Tanks, One Panzer IV and one Puma recon formed the tank column. We only we able to use the column in object this time. The enemy team did not organize quick enough on the final Objective, basically handing us the victory.

Lol theres more coordination happening amongst these few squads than across the entire rest of the HLL playerbase combined.

This why I feel like a good amount of AT guns around a strongpoint is underrated. I’ve recently played a couple games where we built AT guns and were able to hold off the enemy for a good amount of time because of it
I can see this being a mission in company of hero’s protect the Heavy panzer squad retreating from the town
A tiger tank costs 600 fuel, at full nodes it's at least 5 minutes per heavy, not including the spawn timer. In a match of warefare, the time limit is above an hour, making this very much possible with all factions. 6 full crewed armor squads, you could roll out 4 jumbo shermans in 20 minutes plus two support tanks
I would factor in the fact that after you burn the 600 for a heavy you likely don't have over 600, so the time a heavy spends on cooldown doesn't technically matter as fuel count re-builds.
Allies is ffukkedd when there's a Hillbilly tank commander on a Tiger.

Great video. It would be sweet to see a column be more aggressive with using HE rounds.. It seems like a lot of tankers wait to actually see targets before shooting.. I mean, the ammo is free and all.. ;)

Dang - 1800 fuel and 15 minutes of assembling just those three heavies. Enemy team must have been snoozing to not have used the time to set up for that lol.
I believe this was Offensive Attacking so its easy to assemble and the enemy cant really do much about it until it arrives

As a prolific mine placer I would of tried to mine the roads in choke point and coordinated with other ATs to box ypu in. But then would fail because I suck

Real world war 2 movment of formation works in a game. Realy? All you need in a squad based game is a good group of 20 people qho actually communicate and have few leaders.

lmao I just had a match like this but opposite. professional sapper I had 32 satchel kills with 12 vehicles kills on kursk haha the enemy armor just gave up lol

what ive done this on PC with allies, 3 76s a M 75 and a stewart, total domination, took about 45 mins to get it all together and literally turn the game around
if i was on the americans this game i would have had so many tank kills, console is truly a world of its own

This is on console and you can have 6 armored squads

Fun Fact not that Many "Tiger I (H/E)" were actually in France in 1944, More Realistic would be PZ IV, Panthers & Stugs really...its Cool & I know why the Enemy Team Gave up Pretty quick..with Less Bazooka Ammo...US AT Pack Guns pretty lame (57 mm) & none of the Shermans can take any Pounding vs Tigers or Panther...really in game or Historical.
in game the tanks pritty much have the same hits to destroy class for class allies vs axis, a tiger tank vs a sherman is not one sided!
There where several tigers but I think most of them faced the british.

I never understand why commanders dont just call degrees on the compass its much easier than swing left swing left or point on this spot, just say 350 or 10 then ping it you can be deadly accurate and its easy to communicate rather than left or right withe xtra talk.
If you call degrees first then the gunner has to look at the compass then figure out if it’s right or left. Slows the process of turning turret
@@TTGaming655 um how? 350 is always in the same place, when the commander was saying left or right he could also call degrees, when i command a tank ive never had to reiterate to a gunner to change directions. Like when you told him to look slighlty to the right i would have just said 120 degrees E. then its pinpoint accurate. I am not saying you were doing bad i just dont get why not use degrees to simplify comms discipline. as it really does. its the same when flying in DCS a pilot will not say left or right they will call out degrees angels and so on. i never found it to hinder in any way only simplify and improve.
@@Draceb most of the time I just say right or left then ping the location if the ping mark is in the gunner sights. Only time I give degrees in this game is it’s beyond FOV of gun. If I couldn’t ping, I’d definitely would be doing “Left 350” call outs.
gunner has to figure out rotation direction, as a well seasoned tank commander in this game phsyical left or right is so much faster, aswell as hull turning the same direction or reverse oppersite turning.
it totally depends on the postion of the turret in relation to the enemy, if there at a point where its about half and half going the wrong way can be costly, or in my case playing with people who dont tank alot, when you shout for example 280 and there at 40 they will rotate from 40 to 280 not 40 reverse to 280 which would be quciker,
Imagine if Hitler got his tank divisions to Normandy in time. Allies would have been helpless.
They couldn't get within range of Naval guns. It wouldn't have made a difference because they wouldn't be able to clear the beaches.
@maineiacman I'm talking about the break out of Normandy would have been incredibly difficult. Might have looked something like Dunkirk except with no exit route.

Probably didn't touch it until they had enough to for all the tanks you see there.
Really not that hard to get enough fuel with three sets of nodes.
True plus you can transfer munitions and manpower.
@@StarClusterShootandForget If one team is planning to do this from the start, just don't waste any fuel for vehicles ( maybe one supply truck) until you have enough, shouldn't take to long.
