    Here is the recipe:
    Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
    -1/2 of a large, organic onion, sliced.
    -3lb grass fed chuck roast
    -4-5 minced garlic cloves amzn.to/3wC4who
    - 1.5 TBS of sweet paprika amzn.to/3QCIW39
    - 2 TBS of Curry Paste amzn.to/4b5R5FF- Salt and Pepper to taste
    -2 boxes of Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth amzn.to/4ahq7JL
    Place the sliced onion in a dutch oven. amzn.to/3wBwqtX
    Add the roast first, then all of the other seasoning and bone broth.
    Place it in the oven at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours (I have not tried this in a crockpot yet)
    Remove from the oven and mix and shred. Add more broth if it looks dry. I used 2 boxes because I like the juices!
    Turn the oven up to 400 degrees and cook for 1-2 more hours.
