My grade 7 teacher made us do something similar. We taped a paper to our back, and people would write a comment each on the paper something special about us. You shouldn't know who wrote what on your paper, it can't be negative, and you cannot say the most general things like "cool, nice, funny". I still look at that piece of paper whenever I feel like bad about myself
