    Welcome back to another vlog for this week! I put my focus more on changing my habits when it comes to my weight journey. This week I focused totally on eating, in taking my calories per day, and staying on top of myself inside the gym. This was a rough one for me because forcing myself to EAT is hard coming from a person who usually eats only 1-2 time per day lol. I hope you all enjoy this vlog and I LOVE YALL! Stay tuned for more.

    Ethel don’t worry about gaining weight. If you plan to have children in the future, your body will thank you. You look perfect just the way you are. Listen to your body. If it doesn’t want you to gain weight then don’t💕.

      Lol I wish children were the key, I didn’t gain much weight with my daughter & after I had her I have still been losing weight due to breast feeding and like E I don’t have the biggest appetite. Before my baby I was 135 While pregnant I reach about 145-150 My daughter just turned 1 and now im almost at 121. So if you’re naturally small having a baby may not die much for you unfortunately 😂😭 oh and I’m 5’8.5 to put that into perspective so we’re about the same ratio

      @@growingwithyarah wow! I would have loved to be back a my pre pregnancy weight after birth! But for your height, you are a small one💕! As long as you are healthy, your weight sounds fine to me❤️

      @@pbiggs5306 yea I'm grateful dont get me wrong but before pregnancy I was very active and would work out etc. & was trying to actually gain weight so im just looking at it as a Minor set back,im sure once I stop breastfeeding It'll be easier

      I wish and I hope this is me after my 2nd child😭 after giving birth I lost all my baby weight with my first son. Im 25 weeks pregnant now, still only gained about 6lbs this whole pregnancy. So hopefully I gained a lil something something afterwards lol

    I absolutely love this video . I was the same way . I was 98 pounds for years until after I was like “I’m over it” I continue to eat and work out. I’m now 135 pounds and so happy . You got this E. Very inspirational to aNew Vlogger

    Don’t worry about gaining weight because it will come as you age or have children. I’m 53 and was 115 lbs for 35 years until last year now I’m creeping up on 140 lbs.

    Ethel, you talk about how you felt sore because of your work out. One thing that really helped,especially because I ran track, was too go for a light jog. Moving around really helps lessen soreness so a light jog the day after will do you Justice 🙌🏾

    I’ve never touched 100 lbs except with my two children. But I went right back down. I’m 28 5’2 and 93lbs. I’m struggling to get it back up now 😩 so I feel your pain . You got this

    Eating more protein, weight training , especially with trying to maintain as well. Being consistent is key it’s not going to happen overnight you got this, E!

    gaining weight can become overwhelming and take toll on your mental. try not to focus so much on the scale and calorie intake in the beginning. focus on consistently working out/lifting & eating 3 meals & 3 snacks (protein shakes are very helpful) a day. don't focus on the numbers as much in the beginning and the results will come. YOU GOT THIS!! 💛💛 speaking from experience.

    omg i seriously have the same problem. i’m 4’10 93 pounds i’ve been trying to gain weight every since i had my son 4 years ago but i just can’t keep the weight on. i’m trying to learn to just walk and eat all day like when i was a kid. i hope we both reach our goals. nobody talks about how hard gaining weight is! 😭

    Love I was in the 90’s to 110 for the longest til I had my son gained a lot of weight most I was 190 u look amazing I’m trying to loss a lil more belly lbs I love chipotle bowls

    Eat 5-6 small meals and snacks so you don’t feel super full. I also used serious mass protein

    Drink ensure plus right after an meal and before bed, It’ll substitute for not being able to eat 3 meals a day. I used to be 102 couldn’t go pass it now I’m 133.

    Mini I weight 98 pounds for years I was like you want to be 110 pounds and hunny let me tell you I had a child weight 140 pounds now im 170 when its time for you to gain you will gain believe me as long as you have all the other parts in the right place to me thats all that matter PERIODT ❤!!!! GAINING THE WEIGHT IS EASY LOOSING IT IS HARD PERIODT

    I’m also going through the same problem I been between 80-96 pounds my whole life never touch 100 pounds I’m 22 and also 4’11 lol so your not alone but I love watching your videos it inspires me so much keep up the good work ❤️

    I’m not sure if you read the comments, but small tip: try to eat AFTER gym time.. as you build your routine (gym every morning) you’ll realize your appetite will grow - and as soon as you come back from the gym.. eat.
    Maybe do the Celsius & gym.. when you return eat & green juice. - but I had the problem of never getting to 100.. then I couldn’t get pass 110.. now I’m a solid 130. That eating three times a day & gym with weights! Always use weights!!!!!! And go up in weights weekly or biweekly.

    She knows it’s nothing wrong with her weight but when you’ve been skinny all your life you sometimes want to gain more weight. It’s hard for some skinny ppl to gain weight because it doesn’t stick. I’m one if those ppl. I was always 113 an now I’m 153 my goal is 160

    Sometimes drinking or eating a lot of things in one sitting can make u sick, try drinking the green juice and energy drink separately, that’s what helps me… I eat a lot during the day because my stomach won’t take 3 big meals so I have to break it up into like 5 small meals lol

    I’ve been 107 since grade school till I was 23 and I’m 24 now and I’m 119 .. A tip.. Track your calories for 4 day without the goal then add 50-100 calories per week to whatever your current calorie intake is. I’ve tried doing what your doing and it never worked for me ..

    Same, I was only eatIng once a day. So it was hard for me to eat
    3x a day but soon as I started eating my body go used to eating 3x and my appetite increase also used serious mass protein shake for protein and weight gain.

      Honestly, my shades don't match properly. I think I have Haus Labs in shade 470 but I'm planning on switching this week.

    Your fitness journey is going to be hard but one thing I learned is to start off slow. Try drinking ensure plus or ensure protein.

    E, you're fine the way you are. Since you are only 4'11" tall, you're definitely a good weight. God knows. I like that you are working on the things you can fix for yourself. Very inspiring. I agree with the other supporters that say, as you get older, you will gain weight. Don't be so hard on yourself. Stay lit, safe, healthy, and focused.

    I finally started gaining weight during pregnancy but to maintain it after birth I would drink ensures or any protein drinks and snack in between the three meals a day. Also, you could try this weight gain supplement called apetamin, do your research on it tho. But just some tips. Although you are very pretty just the way you are ❤️

    I only started gaining weight after I hit 25. I use to be in the 80s foreverrrrrrr. I only weigh 108 now but I’m short so I’m fine with that. I think the older you get the more you’ll gain

    The best time to check your weight is in the morning after you use the bathroom and with no clothes and shoes on. That is your natural weight!
