A DREAM COME TRUE is exactly what a sleep assessment was like with Dr. Robyn Scott. I know she is a sleep health coach, but her knowledge was so deep and vast that I would actually call her a wellness coach who specializes in sleep hygiene. She was patient and thorough in evaluating my habits to ultimately share inisights into even the little things I never would've connected to my poor sleep patterns. As if all this wasn't enough, her friendly, calm and inviting demeanor was a lullaby within itself. When it comes to sleep repair, Dr. Scott is truly THE REAL DEAL!! 💕🦋

Love this conversation! I'm 49 yrs and going through menopause and decided to try HRT. It changed my life! I sleep through the night without waking up and don't have hot flashes throughout the day. My brain fog is clearing up, not moody and my body doesn't ache like it used to. This is a decision I thought about long and hard because it is not for everyone. I weighed the pros and cons, jumped in and don't regret my decision. I hope that everyone finds what works for you and good luck ladies!

I have to Again Say: What are Women going to do about a: "Retirement Income" when you turn 60+ if they are continuously Bopping around in their non-retirement years/& don't have an established Retirement Plan?
Your Social Security monthly income, once You Retire after 60 -- can mean Everything, when you're eligible to receive it, after retiring from a traditional job.
If you are (NOT Working a regular job) & alternatively -- "Bopping Around" -- What will your Social Security Retirement (monthly Check) look like, when You are OVER 60 & ready to Retire?
NOTE: "Bopping around" can be fun, but alternatively -- can it be done (in the form of a 2-week Vacation)? Or Later -- Can you Bopp around "After Retirement" & "after receiving Social Security": together -- with an "Extra" income from work done independently/or an alternative Retirement investment Plan?
QUESTION: What are You Doing "Today", to (prepare for your Retirement), if you are "Not Working" a regular job, where your Employer pays into your Soc. Sec. Retirement Plan?
Once you are Over 60 & (eligible for Retirement & Apply for your Social Security monthly income), What will that "Monthly Social Security Check" look like, if contributions (Have Not) been made ongoingly/ by (1) an Employer & (2) You -- over time, during those non-retirement Years?
Also, alternatively, If you are Self-Employed, working independently ("Without" an Employer contribution), Are you Contributing to (Your Own Retirement?), or are you realistically just using your Income for Present-Day living ONLY? What happens when you turn 62+???

Hello, happy to be here as always! Melatonin is good for sleep, and time zone changes. I usually have to get up once or twice overnight to go to the restroom. Sometimes I go back to sleep, sometimes not until 1-2 hrs later. I think I average 6 hrs, I prefer 7-8. I really need to get a sleep feedback monitor to know for sure.
