Have you done a hand calculation using the gas pump fill up round trip method? It’s crazy that you are able to get that kind of MPGs with more unsprung weight and larger diameter tire.
Thanks for the video and info, have been reading about wheel/tire combos for my 2020 JT Rubicon. I love the look of the factory 17" x 7.50" wheels I have and want to go to a 37" tire but have been hesitant due to the 37" only being in a min width of 12.50". Everyone online is saying with stock wheels 11.50" width is the max you can go due to the tire will crown when mounted on the 7.50" width rim. Obviously you are doing it with no issues. Looking back do you think you would rather have went with a wider rim with more offset?
@@MrKeithrichardbritt nope. I like. At full turn it will rub a tad and you’ll have to back off the full lock turn a bit. Other than that, it’s fine. I did just put on 1.75” sidetrack wheel spacers to give me full turn again. It was a little annoying in parking lots and drive throughs sometimes but it wasn’t bad. I still don’t want different wheels. I’ll have a wheel spacer video out soon
@@rick_petrie I didn’t in any of these videos. It does rub a little bit at full turn. If I back off the turn a tad it stops. But I just now bought 1.75” spidertrax wheel spacers and they’re sitting here in the house ready to install. Gonna install them in the next week or 2.
Thanks ended up going with these and stock rims over getting 35s and new rims.
Nice!! I just got a Mojave and thinking hard about going with 37’s👍🏻
You’ll love it
Great info, we need more gladiator content. Videos like yours are helping make my decisions on my gladiator 👍
Thanks! I appreciate it. Let me know what you want to see!
Did you end up getting spacers? How is the steering? Liking your build
@@fly_fish_all_waters I haven’t gotten spacers yet. I still might. When parking and on trails it’ll rub a little bit at full or near full turn.
Looks good with the 2in lift they fit well
I think it looks perfect!

@@aaronwright351 I can do it if I can remember lol 😂 and come back to post results

@@MrKeithrichardbritt there’s been tons of people run 37x12.50 on stock wheels for years with no issues!!
I am confused. I thought in your lift install video you said you had wheel spaces, but in this video you do not.
