    This has been such a powerful video, thank you so much! The way you explained therapy (even if you are a life coach) and why everyone still needs to try it out is interesting - "is it going to better yourself?" was a very powerful question to look at therapy in a different light. Amazing editing skills as well btw, keep up the great work..I can feel your channel growing really big! :) Blessings and gratitude, Karishma

    Therapy is for everyone, even Barack Obama needs it. This is because all of our experiences are unique and challenging to process without a third person. No one promised us that life would be easy, but we can adopt some sense of responsibility and focus on being mentally healthy. There are wounds that are still bleeding. If we don’t close them, we will bleed on others. Great to see a brown man open up about his experiences with therapy. 🙌🏾

    #insight don't allow toxic people have control over how you see yourself. Only you have the power to define yourself.

    #insight Hi, I watched many videos to u and I had recognized that your guessing about what the problem with everyone is true this can be amazing, but it's not. All of us his problems and these videos are just a motive for a period so it can be for nothing. The mean of your videos in my opinion is about hacking life, but we can't. We live to make a mistake, to analyze things, and to learn from each of them. Of course, we can be good in some things or one thing and many we're not that is life. And if we need to remove these obstacles we can start from now, why we should stop dream and think about the future this is the human character. Yeah, that's true I learn from u, but everyone has a different life, and not thinking about it will solve many problems. If u need to start to be more inspiring for people, try to think by their mind, try to live like them. Finally thank u for inspiring many of us. I hope you can help other people 🙏.

    Don't take everything personal ad don't let any one to say who you are.?Human being is such a delecate and diferent creature, that you can not say "I know what is going on in his/her's life". Everyone has its own dificulties and should overcome them by themselves.#insight

    Such a deep and insightful piece. "Don't take it personally if they don't know you personally" was so on point.
    Again loving the effort you're putting into these videos, can really appreciate the extra work on the production value as well!

    We're not as okay as we think. No matter how much we think we already know or how good things may be going in our lives, there's always room for improvement. Getting help from a professional will and can help with achieving those improvements. One of such help/thing is normalizing getting therapy and not just for the big hurtful moments.
    It's also important for us to find out who we are as that shapes how we relate to others and how we cope with what life throws at us. #insight

    Can I ask a question, I’m 13 and I am doing all these things but sometimes I feel like I don’t want to or it’s stupid, like journaling, meditating, etc. This isn’t burn out , it’s just unmotivated. What do I do?

    • @keshavbx
      @keshavbx  3 года назад +2

      That's perfectly normal - but that's just a discomfort you have to learn to sit with, and lean into. Most of the time motivation isn't what gets you started. We have to learn to practice delayed gratification. Things like journalling & meditation are also habits that are universally proven to help you & be beneficial. Try thinking through why you're practicing those habits, why they matter enough to do them even when you cba, and also start with something that's easy to do (e.g - 2 minutes of meditation, getting consistent at that, and then building it up slowly over time).
      Keep going though - if you can master these habits (and ultimately your mind) at this young age, believe me - it will tremendously impact your life and success for the better in really powerful ways.
