I have tried this chutney recipe with momos. It turned out amazingly delicious, I would recommend to be careful with roasting tomatoes, they'll crackle with water oozing from their peels. Thank you chef for your delightful recipe.

yeah, a restaurant where many NE indians used to work made it with peanuts. I LOVED it. unfortunately, my college fellows hated it so they switched back to the non-peanuts version. been missing it ever since. Hopefully this will taste similar.
That's the perfect chutney or achar but nepal we used to fry this chutney with garlic Sichuan pepper which enhanced more flavor and we don't serve momo with mayo
