This eggplant minced meat recipe is too good to be kept a secret. 😋
Hello everyone on my channel!
Summer recipe for minced meat with eggplant. Tasty like in a restaurant. Cooking is very easy. The whole family will be delighted.

Ingredients
2 large eggplants.
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Olive oil (50 ml).
Pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of rosemary.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
Lubricate the eggplants with oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
1 onion.
Oil.
Fry the onion for a few minutes.
4 cloves of garlic.
Add to onion.
500 g (1.1 lb) minced meat.
Salt and pepper.
2 peppers.
Add to meat.
2 tomatoes.
Parsley.
Tomato concentrate.
Pepper.
Black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes (low heat).
200 g of cheese.
Arrange the meat as shown in the picture.
To repeat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes.
