Yeah I've been looking into them. I am going to get one and a couple of spare batteries for my GoPro soon. Though a mic will mean I will also have to get a chin mount for my helmet.
@@coastandcountryadventures As for chin mount, not necessarily. You can still use your chest mount, and run a lapel mic up into the chin area of your helmet. Purple Panda make great, cheap lapel mic. But you'll need a 3.5 mm port, and assuming you use a Hero 8 (?), you can use a Media Mod to house it, and get great audio from the Panda mic. Its a custom made one. Built by my local dealership. It was originally on my CMX500 REBEL but I sold that, so I just modified the mounts for the CB.
