Gt cut 1 insoles are better, the insole takes a lot of force when making cuts which puts less force on your foot and the outsole making for more comfortable change in direction. I put my Gt cut 1 Insoles in my 2’s

Sizing is true to size and no it’s not with copping. I did a mini performance review short so def check that out for my thoughts on performance
