24:33 -- The nurse asking the question lays out situations she encounters and has concerns if the way she is leveraging the issues the patients share could be considered unethical. She terms her approach as 'motivational questioning'. Chris' response / contribution 26:53 is incredibly powerful, clarifying and provides insights into helping someone help themselves, to have full agency in the process (vs. any form a medical shaming aka the standard approach taken by too many physicians).
