This was genius. The mini 5th at the end was so funny.. JSU had to talk about it their entire show.. TSU was so unbothered.. Aristocrat of bands taking over a 5th near you. lol.

OK my independent OPINION: Bands scores are like gymnastic/ skating: the more elite you are they higher your score performance, but your deduction is also higher if you miss the mark. JSU ,FAMU, NCAT and PV etc etc falls iin that catergory. Many miss the mark one way or another than night. For example JSU was very entertaining.. i didnt think the lines and formation was at JSU standards. Jsettes, i had no complaints.. Opposite end NCAT played lovely... but put me to sleep. Golden delights; at par with their reputation PERFECTION!.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
TSU was on point FOR PEOPLE who watched it live.. we kept going back to TSU
elite bands cant have it both ways; 🤷 and their fans dont wanna hear it. So how is the audience wrong?

Thanks for the different view! We were up in the nosebleed section and couldn't hear that well, unless a Band had turned towards us. Acoustics weren't included in the building plan at MB Stadium, apparently. This show kept our attention from start to finish. Next time though TN State, don't just walk off the field upon completion...exit as strongly as you entered!🙌😊🎉🌠💃
The stadium was designed to channel sound from the stands to the field so the players could feel the energy as well as for home team advantage. Sound gets trapped on the field. I’m in Hampton’s band and it’s something we talked about a lot when practicing in the dome. I’m glad they recorded these sideline videos.
