- The Final day of our trip takes places at the world renowned Royal County Down. RCD has been regularly voted the best golf club in the world and it is easy to see why, from the moment you arrive on site, everything is manicured to perfection, the clubhouse, the practice area and naturally the golf course.
This was a very special day for David and Jonny and it was the perfect way to finish the County Down Classic.
Tee Time is The Bogey Men's golf travel series.
Season 2 of 'Tee Time' is based in County Down where we will be playing Royal County Down, Ardglass GC, and St. Patricks GC and have feature interviews with Irish golf experts Paul Vaughan, Johnny Lennon and more!

Played County Down with my son. Experience of a lifetime. Such a unique course and a enjoyable walk. Few blind tee shots however a good caddy will give direction. 9th tee outstanding view.

Good not food
Another great video boys. It captured everything that makes Royal County Down so special. That’s 6 times I have played it now in this event (or a previous incarnation); and I have been beat up every time. However, I just love it there - how can you not? Coupled with a bit of open wallet surgery for 4 nights in the Slieve Donard hotel; it made for a perfect golfing break. Jonny, I feel your pain about starting well and finishing badly - I was exactly the same. But can’t wait to go back!! A great series of videos boys. Well done 👏👏

@@BogeyMenPod I think I eventually spotted myself and our group when the clip had you teeing off at 16. I am sure we were the group in front of you but we were that far away on the clip it was hard to be certain.
I’m one of the greenkeepers at RCD. All of us work extremely hard to keep the course in pristine condition. And I think you’ve captured it perfectly in this video. Keep up the good work.

A green keeper at RCD. Now that would be a dream job for me; but I find it hard enough to look after my gardens! The change from pond to waste area hazard on 17 was a change I never expected though. And yes, I ended up in it!!
9:25 "You would never come across a better looking golf hole in the world."
The prettiest golf hole I have ever seen is the ninth tee at the Ailsa Course at Turnberry. The second prettiest is the last tee at Pebble Beach Golf Links.
Wow that's some 1-2 punch! We need to play more golf abroad!
