    1/2 tbsp bread emprover ,(5g)
    1 tbsp rock salt (15g)
    1 cup light brown sugar (200g)
    1 pc large egg
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 cup cold evaporated milk/pweding room temperature lng kung ayaw mo ng malamig
    1 cup cold water/pweding room temperature lng kung ayaw mo ng malamig
    3/4 cup margarine (110g)
    Cut the dough in 32g
    Rest the dough in 1 to 3 hours/dipindi ang proofing time sa room temperature at sa gamit ng yeast
    Iwasan na ma over proofing pag nag 70 to 80%na ay lutuin na
    Oil for frying
    For icing 👎
    3 PCs egg white
    450g powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1tbsp Hot water
    Toppings ay dipindi sa gusto

    Inday bakit po Yung dough kopo pagpini pigura na bmabalik sya I mean ndi steady pag iflat mo bbalik s maliit pero umaalsa nmn
