Strider conversation was easily the most sad moment in the game I used to hate Richter, but him passing and helping us after his passing made me super sad, as he was helping as a ghost Also, I couldn't betray Strider, he actually had a lot of good reasons behind his movement. Varta had profit in mind, you couldn't morally side with them
I just got to this part last night. I was onto the Ward and Scar from the moment I came across both of them. Spark wants uncontained lunacy and the ward wants unquestionable control.
I blame Dubny. If he had cooperated, there wouldn't have been a fight between Ward and Noontide. Not that it would have saved Nuntide. But it's Faust's fault. And I blame the devs for not having any lines for it.
In my previous playthroughs I always helped strider and spark but in my current playthrough I’m doing a ward path and I felt so terrible betraying him I helped him in CoP and I have never felt so bad about a NPC
SPOILERS AHEAD I feel so fucking bad tor dr. Dalin, like he is genuinely just a scientist who wants to better humanity, oblivious to all shadow government (Agatha and Korshunov) shit, he even rescues you. The worst part is he dies no matter what you do, even if you play full ward, Korshunov loses his shit and kills him in the end. My boy didn't deserve this
I disagree, but mainly because I blame him for the monolith returning and thus indirectly killing our noontide buddies. Especially Strider. I'm mad I didn't have the privilege to kill him myself
If you choose "You could have gotten in the way..." line, instead of "I'm sorry.", it's even worse. He says how he was a slave and served evil, but at least he had no choice, unlike Skif.

well their technologies would improve our quality of life
@@enexe6229would 100% only be used for the profit of the government, not wider society. cant bring myself to pick ward
The Ward promise to give Skif what he needs the most.
@@vasilzahariev5741 a house? it aint like he leaving the zone he basically committed every crime under the sun
@@doopist there is now law in the zone
Dialog was different if you sided with him and lost anyway. I found it even sadder in fact.

One more reason to hate the Ward
After that moment I reconsidered my attitude towards them.
Why? They were right about the experiment. it went wrong.

why? they were right and strider just fucked everything up.
Isn't it all Faust's fault?

Same feeling.
Reloaded, said that we stopped experiment in time.
Still feel bad for Strider and all Noontide.
the game is flawlessly PURE CINEMA! 🚬
My favorite cutscene )
Heartbreaking. 😢 And the Shaceprearing monolog by Scar in the Stalker's Center at the end of the game... These scenes are so intense!
Scar in the English vers has a voice that doesn't fits this character
And Strelok in Ukrainian doesn't fit
@@VORASTRA Strelok in Ukrainian fits perfectly, cold, practical, goal-oriented, nothing extra... imho
@moskalimayutpozdyhaty I'm Ukrainian and he is just mumbling most of the lines, it would be ok if he was just cold

Yeah, the C-Conciousness took over the X project for their own nefarious purposes, but the funders that Agatha is standing for are even worse.
A father's sins passed to his kin
Rat ccon scientist
Wait, does he die if you play it with Spark? I remember big something hitting him in explosion, but we never found out if he's dead

Bro can't even catch a freaking shell. No wonder why you're with ward.
lol
Yeah, it would be much better to side with homeless terrorists and their shizo leader

Scar з добрими намірами для усіх, але добрими намірами побудована дорога до пекла.
Why does he take his boots off?
My interpretation of that would be that he's accepting that his journey has ended. He no longer needs his boots where he's at.
Strider? I hardly knew her!
