I'm surprised to see so many people in the comments who enjoy coffee right before bed. I love a good dark coffee, but if I drink that before bed I will probably be staring up at the ceiling for hours.

Dark coffee has very little caffeine. It's the lighter roasts that keep you up and get you going. Decaf is weird, though
I never liked coffe in my life, but I remember that when I was 4/5 I used to ask my mom if she could make me a hot herbal tea each night before bed time so I could sleep easier.
