Beautiful spacious home and property with a few quirks. The dining room is ridiculously far from the kitchen. The strange sitting room, with the bicycles on a pole, is at the front of the home, has double door entry and is directly across from the dining room. A far better choice for dining. Curved stairs set in a rectangular stairwell alcove creates nasty little corners between the stairs and the walls, which would be nightmare for cleaning. The full yoga studio in the basement has to go. Pool deck and second floor main bedroom balcony needs a good power washing and the video didn't want to show it.
