I think you should have at least fire blanket in there. I am not worried about those gas burners that much, but cooking with oil can very rapidly develop into catastrophe, and you would have to escape over the fire. That tempura looked very good, I have few local plants of our own that I will try that way some day.

昨日他のDIYチャンネルの関連動画で偶然知りました。軽トラキャンピングカーの製作動画でした。それから何本か拝見して、すっかり旅家さんの世界にハマりました。毎回のテーブル拭きと消毒（笑）や就寝準備などパターン化した行動なのにいくら観ても不思議とまったく飽きません。料理だって特別なものではなく自宅でやったらなんの事はない平凡なものなのに一コマ一コマが観る者を惹きつける不思議な世界です。過剰演出ではなく旅家さんのこうした時間と空間への愛が伝わって来るからなのかもしれません。「男の子のお飯事」「叶った少年の夢」だと思いました。この動画で初めて他の方々のコメント拝見しましたが海外の視聴者からのものが多いのも頷けます。これからもさりげなく美しい作品を創り続けてください。
