GVM 1500D RGB LED Video Light | Strong Enough?

If you only used the white setting, do you think two would be strong enough to light full body as a fill with an on camera flash?

unless you are going for a specific style that would take advantage of that kind of setup, I wouldn't use these lights for still photography. They are not powerful enough to compete with a flash. That's just me, though.
