new sub... if you have not put underpinning on yet... be warn... you dug a trench around the trailer... put bottom of skirting in the trench and cover up... this will help keep any small animals from getting under your trailer and tearing the plastic up... my dad screw the bottom of the skiting to a 2x2 and buried it all the way around... because we had a cat to get in our vent and had to pull it out threw the vent in the kichen...
