I bought three of them "sucker". Plugged one in all day long then turned it on zap after being plugged in and on for seven days not one mosquito zapped. Do not buy JUNK.
Wish is a scam, too. Walmart is selling these devices for $19. I'm here, because the advert I just got for it claims that Elon Musk developed it. The advert goes into a long story about how developing this device this was Elon Musk's childhood dream.
I had one for about a year, but haven't really used it! The light is good, the solar panel don't work and another reviewer said it attracted no mosquitoes! Do NOT buy unless you want a hanging light! I said $10 to the most one should pay!
Lights unfortunately attract other non-biting insects, such moths (which are an important part of the eco-system). Mosquitoes and other blood-sucking insects (including bedbugs) are attracted to the CO2 coming from our outgoing breath. So if people really want a device that only attracts mosquitoes, they should look at CO2-emitting devices rather than light-emitting devices.
It's also currently advertised right here on RUclips under the name BuzzBugg, with this huge, fascinating, exciting, totally fake Canadian backstory! You know, I try to switch off my AdBlocker to help give some revenue to people who upload original content. Then I end up regretting it, when I keep getting advertised fake junk like this... 🙄
@@hikikomoriarty Yeah, sites like this accept no responsibility for their advertisements. Just because it's advertised on a site that we all now, that doesn't mean it's legit. Also do not even trust amazon's rating system. I have found that to be incredibly faulty.
Well I have to disagree, because the one I got off Temu for $10 works!! I turned it on IN MY HOUSE about 10 minutes ago and there’s probably 30 mosquitoes in there already! I wonder if it works better in a contained area than outdoors? I mainly wanted it for inside though… kids Leah the doors open 30 seconds and mosquitoes are everywhere biting us while we sleep!
Why you might say because it doesn't work in the morning it works at night because bugs they look for light everywhere but it will be better to check for light
Most of these customers will not go to these websites that offer them help most of the time, because they don’t know how the internet works. Government websites usually provide useful information that help out more than not, but people still won’t do it.
My worked even before I charged it.., it says to 1pull the net up from the activities cover, so am looking how to do this as I could nit get the top off..
Who you might say bugs they will look for light everywhere and they will see light here they'll get Zapped Oh yeah this thing works on yet tonight I tried it a 100% that night
What about this net? I have no idea how to bring the net up and to remove all the misquitos in the net. HELP, But the zapper works and the lights are very bright.maybe you didnt follow instructions and bring the mosquitoe catcher up like it says to do.
Fuze bug is utter garbage. Flimsy, short battery life, poor customer support that will not guarantee any aspect their product beyond 30 days. Still waiting for a call from that supervisor who was supposedly in a two hour meeting…Beware
Same thing what's going on with Amazon. Sellers are willing to refund 2x-3x of the cost of the actual product to change their reviews. KPRC, you're part of the problem - convincing people to buy the product to get a better payout
Mosquito is the state bird of Texas
😭🤣💯
😑I'm really dead
You got that right!!!
Had found the so-called buyer reviews more like paid advertisements, so your program affirmed my views. Thank you for the honest reporting.
This is what I call excellent reporting
Someone needs to sue them.
You can’t because it’s Chinese. You can’t sue Chinese based companies
Thank you very much for this information. I bought two and what a joke! Thank you confirming what I also found out by buying two of them.
Mosquitos are neither attracted nor repelled by light. CO2 traps are the only thing that works with mosquitos.
The CO2 emitters hung in a nearby tree work great. Available at home improvement stores.
I bought three of them "sucker". Plugged one in all day long then turned it on zap after being plugged in and on for seven days not one mosquito zapped. Do not buy JUNK.
I love it you guys did a review on this you should out people and tell consumers about products that are not great and bogus customer service.
Love Amy's work!
My unit hasn’t killed a single mosquito. I bought it for my greenhouse.

Thanks for the heads up, y'all!
Nothing but a RUclips scam
Sadly the "zap" sound scares the crap out of my dogs. I had good luck with the UV LED light with the suction fans....
Saved me. Whew

@hikikomoriarty exactly! Mosquitoes actually like the dark so they can sneak attack and not get caught as easily
Attract and kill and "repel" are two different things. Lol. And the first strike was actually the fact that it is advertised on facebook.

My worked even before I charged it.., it says to 1pull the net up from the activities cover, so am looking how to do this as I could nit get the top off..
Do it work though? 😀 That was the question
Who you might say bugs they will look for light everywhere and they will see light here they'll get Zapped Oh yeah this thing works on yet tonight I tried it a 100% that night
Just a plain old original bug zapper would work 100% better than this garbage! I could tell by the commercial it was a scam.

Well this thing does work 100% but to me 62% it doesn't work
Should be legal
another stupid scam
3rd party seller scam
"China"
Don’t you think we should let mosquitoes live? They feed birds. Part of the ecosystem.
Don't worry about the birds, there are enough mosquitoes to feed every bird in the world and also torture every person on earth..
Unless they’re Bill Gates’ GMO mosquitoes carrying malaria and God knows what else.
Fuze bug is utter garbage. Flimsy, short battery life, poor customer support that will not guarantee any aspect their product beyond 30 days. Still waiting for a call from that supervisor who was supposedly in a two hour meeting…Beware
